Photographers
We undertake to

• reproduce a photographers’ images faithfully as they were conceived by them
• print images without any enhancement by us; there will be no colour variations
•  reproduce the images using only the media choices of the photographers
• display all images in a manner that denies browsers the ability to download them
• maintain a secure environment which ensures that the signature or unique mark of a photographer is used only on prints that are sold or are under our control being offered for sale
• post all necessary existence of copyright notices, with images sold warning purchasers of unlawful reproduction of copies from a print
• create a data base of images that is easily accessible, user friendly and sensitive to diverse search criteria
• pay the photographers the rate that they desire for the reproduction of their images
• promote the site nationally and internationally
• create a partnership with photographers in order to advance our mutual interests
• direct photographers to image types that are in demand e.g. areas, scenes, birds, animals etc.

Purchasers
We undertake to

• expedite all orders as quickly as is possible whilst maintaining high standards of quality control
• communicate with purchasers throughout the sale, transport, and receipt of their print
• offer any reasonable after sales service that enhances the purchaser’s enjoyment of their print
• use high quality inks, papers and canvases which will ensure the longevity of the print when correctly displayed
• ensure that prints or canvasses framed by us are done so using products and methods that promote their longevity and viewing pleasure when they are correctly displayed.

Site Browsers
We undertake to

• give serious consideration to any suggestions that will enhance the browsing experience
• follow up on any requests for images of specified criteria.
